What happens, step by step
Unlike a removal, remediation is a project, not a day. The pattern:

- Who files with the state agency, and what specific document closes my case?
- What happens to the price if you hit groundwater — is there a defined change process, or an open-ended hourly rate?
- Have you closed cases with this agency before, and how long did closure take?
Who pays, and what help exists
